This was a really fun project. As usual all clips were shot with my iPhone and edited in After Effects.
For this edit I really wanted to have fun with effects and techniques and try to learn a few new things. I figured a sort of glitch-y type edit would both fit the vibe/energy of a weekend in Vegas while also giving me a good opportunity to go buck wild trying all sorts of different things. Obviously there are a lot of very "in your face" effects at play in this project, but I also tried to include some more subtle stuff such as some slight chromatic aberrations.
The intro text is the only motion graphic element in this project, and I really liked how it turned out. I mean, what says Vegas more than neon?
